Domestic Presenters with Paper
Early Bird Rate (before and on 20 October 2019) : Rp. 2.000.000
Normal Rate (after 20 October 2019) : Rp. 2.500.000
Overseas Presenters with Paper
Early Bird Rate (before and on 20 October 2019) : USD 200
Normal Rate (after 20 October 2019) : USD 250
Student Presenter : Rp.1.500.000
Domestic Participants without Paper
Early Bird Rate (before and on 20 October 2019): Rp.300.000
Normal Rate (after 20 October 2019) : Rp.350.000
Payment Entitlements:
1. Cancellations are not allowed, and a return of payment is not possible.
2. Transfer fee and bank charges should be paid by the participants.
3. Registration fee includes one-night hotel stay, seminar kit, lunch, certificate, and publication.
4. Hotel stay is not inclusive for participants without paper.
5. Presenters who do not pay in full by 30 October 2019 will not be included in the schedule and their abstract will not be printed in the book program (except prior notification).
