Fees and Facilities

Since the conference will be organized in a hybrid way (a combination of in-person and virtual attendance), registration fee of the conference is divided into two categories: Offline Participants and Virtual Participants. Detailed information on the registration fee is below:


A. Offline Participants (who attend the conference in-person)


Regular Presenter : 200 USD
Graduate Student Presenter : 100 USD

Non-paper Participants : 50 USD



Regular Presenter : 1.800.000 IDR
Graduate Student Presenter : 1.000.000 IDR

Non-paper Participants : 300.000 IDR


B. Online Participants


Regular Presenters : 100 USD
Graduate Student Presenters :  50 USD

Non-paper Participants : Free



Regular Presenters : 600.000 IDR
Graduate Student Presenters : 300.000 IDR

Non-paper Participants : Free

Payment Entitlements

1.  Cancellations are not allowed, and a return of payment is not possible.

2.  Transfer fee and bank charges should be paid by the participants.

3.  Registration fee includes a two-night hotel stay (full board), one seminar kit, gala-lunch, certificate(s), and publication.

4. Hotel stay, seminar kit, and gala-lunch are applicable only to the paper's presenter attending the conference in person.

5.  Hotel stay is not inclusive for participants without paper.

6.  Presenters who do not pay in full by 02 October 2021 will not be included in the schedule and their abstract will not be printed in the book program (except prior notification).
